Sales Representative

Tech Be Solution is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Lahore-based team. Our company specializes in providing Architecture and Construction Estimation services for USA-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with international clients to help expand our business. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring work during evening hours to align with the USA market.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally communicate with USA-based clients and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Convert leads into customers by following up persistently.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with USA-based or international clients is preferred.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in Architecture and Construction Estimation services is an advantage.

- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with USA business hours.
- Competitive salary range between PKR 50,000 and 100,000 per month.
- The position is office-based in Lahore, providing a collaborative work environment.
