SaMeD RCM Solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to join their team in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role operates from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, aligning with U.S. business hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by engaging healthcare providers across the United States, promoting the company’s medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices throughout the U.S.
- Clearly introduce and explain the company’s medical billing and RCM services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain professional communication with physicians, practice owners, and practice managers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Accurately record call details and update the sales database regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and lead generation.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and conversational.
- Confidence and proficiency in cold calling, persuasion, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness and ability to work the evening/night shift to match U.S. business hours.
