Sales Representative

HH Construct Craft, a growing construction company based in Multan, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into meetings and ultimately turning those meetings into successful projects. This role requires someone who is proactive in client communication and comfortable managing leads across multiple social media platforms. Candidates must be based in Multan to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leads generated through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the company website.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings either at our office or at the client’s plot.
- Monitor all client WhatsApp groups regularly to ensure no messages go unanswered.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information to clients.
- Clearly explain the company’s transparent, cost-to-cost pricing model and guide clients through the client portal.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to support clients from the initial contact through to project signing.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles; experience in construction or real estate is advantageous.
- Fluency in Urdu and proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable and quick in using WhatsApp and other social media platforms for communication.
- Must be based in Multan, with own transport preferred for ease of travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary starts at PKR 40,000 per month for the first two months.
- From the third month onward, the salary increases to PKR 50,000 per month.
- Further salary increments will be provided as the company secures more projects.
- Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Fridays off.
