Sales Representative (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, effectively presenting our services, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services
- Close sales by clearly communicating product benefits
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in a call center or sales environment
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Target-oriented with a motivated and proactive approach

The position requires working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This is an in-person role based at our office on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
