Sales Representative (Night Shift)

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our Food Service Technical Department. This position is open to both male and female candidates who possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. The role involves working night shifts from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM and requires individuals who are proactive, target-driven, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to engage with clients, generate leads, and play a key role in driving the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage client interactions effectively.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 23 years.
- Basic understanding of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven attitude with a proactive and energetic approach.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Valencia Town, Lahore.
- Competitive compensation ranging from PKR 45,000 to 70,000 plus commission.
