JOB PURPOSEThe aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspectiveTo effectively achieve set sales volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing across multiple brands and categories for respective section in line with set organizational guidelines.
Duties
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Audit of compliance to operational procedures and instructionsSales
Implement sales fundamentals to ensure core distribution availability, contracted Visibility & Shelving shares and suggested retail pricing implementation to achieve his overall targets
Manage allocated budgets and offers to guaranty accounts' fair share distribution without exceeding allocation Build strong customer penetration to establish/maintain the company’s position as the preferred supplier Monitor the merchandisers on daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity
Develop, sell and issue suggested orders to the customers according to their stocks and movement to ensure no out of stocksor Overstocks and execute phase out and liquidation plans withcustomers to have smooth products transitions
Propose ideas to positively impact the business directly or indirectly in order to achieve sales
Apply company payment terms with all customers guarantying the company's cash flow and fairness towards all the trade
Participate in the morning and unit meetings by sharing section success models to enhance performance
Report all markets studies needed (distribution, competitive …) in the market using account penetration to ensure right planning, forecasting and early response from the company
Submit customers' dues and incentive accurately on time to ensure customer's rights.
