Sales Representative (Outbound Calls)

This part-time, on-site Sales Representative position based in Karachi involves engaging with US-based prospects through both outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on generating leads, effectively communicating with clients, following up on potential sales opportunities, presenting company services, and closing deals. The candidate will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. The position requires working night shifts and demands a minimum of two years of relevant sales experience. Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 40,000, along with an 8–10% commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls targeting US-based prospects to generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate services.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Effectively present and explain company services to prospective customers.
- Close sales by negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs to contribute to overall sales targets.
- Accurately update and maintain client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Work night shifts as per the operational requirements of the US market.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tele-sales or call center environment.
- Proven ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and client data.
