Sales Representative ( Outbound )

We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills to begin their careers in a client-facing, sales-driven role within the US healthcare sector. This position involves outbound voice-based calling, focusing on engaging prospects, qualifying their interest, and supporting the sales process. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects based in the United States.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce healthcare-related services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and relevance to the offerings.
- Perform timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach to creating qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, data, and reports.
- Work effectively in a target-driven environment, meeting KPIs and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Confidence in handling live calls and conversations with prospects.
- Willingness to work in a cold-calling and sales-oriented environment.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain consistent and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is advantageous but not required.
