We are seeking a skilled B2B Sales Representative to expand our IT and SaaS client base across North America. This role requires strong communication abilities, particularly in handling client objections and navigating the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will convert raw leads into confirmed clients by engaging prospects through outbound outreach and delivering compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns targeting prospective clients in the United States.
- Confidently present and pitch company services using a professional US accent.
- Qualify leads effectively to identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system and perform timely follow-ups.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and professionally manage objections during the sales process.
- Negotiate deal terms and guide qualified prospects through to closing.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, business development, or working in a US-based call center environment.
- Education level of Intermediate or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A proven and professional US accent is mandatory for this role.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad with a reliable daily commute to DHA Phase 1.
- Self-motivated, highly target-driven, disciplined, competitive, and committed to pursuing a long-term career in sales.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Compensation includes a basic salary of up to PKR 150,000, which is revenue-based, plus uncapped bonuses and commissions.
- Starting pay begins from PKR 80,000 per month.
- This is an in-person position requiring attendance at the designated office location.
