Sales Representative

The True Hand is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our expanding sales team at our office located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on generating new business by prospecting, engaging with potential customers, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Compensation includes a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 150,000, plus uncapped commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and communicate effectively to generate interest.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through consistent prospecting.
- Understand customer needs and clearly present relevant products or services.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process to ensure conversion.
- Address customer questions and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer information within the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Sustain a healthy sales pipeline through ongoing outreach and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance overall sales performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional communication style, comfortable with outbound sales calls.
- Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong work ethic and ability to function well within a team environment.
- Reliable commute to or willingness to relocate to Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi, prior to starting work.
