Sales Representative (Retail)

Megaplus is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our retail team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Canon products, assisting customers in selecting the right solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. The position is based at our retail location and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on technology products.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Canon products directly to retail customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products accordingly.
- Clearly explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and other relevant sales documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Follow up on potential leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
- Stay informed about Canon’s product range, ongoing promotions, and market trends to better assist customers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: FA or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within IT, electronics, printing, or office equipment sectors.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a confident and professional approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and perform well in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Canon products is an advantage.
- Experience in customer relationship management and negotiation skills will be beneficial.
