Sales Representative (SEO Campaign)

Located in Johar Town, Lahore, this full-time Sales Representative role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an SEO campaign within a dynamic digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess strong communication and sales skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand client needs clearly. This position involves explaining SEO services and packages effectively to potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers. The working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, so candidates must be comfortable with night shifts and commuting to the specified location.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with potential clients in a professional and effective manner.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable SEO services and packages.
- Clearly communicate SEO offerings, pricing, and expected deliverables to clients to ensure transparency.
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets as established by the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and work towards closing sales efficiently.
- Collaborate with the SEO and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition and handover of clients.
- Stay informed about basic SEO concepts and current industry trends to provide clients with relevant information.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling objections.
- A target-driven mindset with motivation to perform based on results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
