Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be based full-time on-site in Sialkot and will engage with prospective and existing clients to promote NJ Dynamic Solutions’ services as an Alibaba.com channel partner. This role involves explaining how businesses can expand their exports through e-commerce platforms. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations, managing client meetings, and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools. The representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, provide after-sales support, and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Additionally, the Sales Representative is expected to meet established sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, and actively participate in promotional activities and events.

Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closing.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms, preferably Alibaba.com or similar B2B marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and common office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with SMEs and established companies in the export sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in sales, export services, or IT/e-commerce solutions is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work on-site in Sialkot while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
