Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing clients to introduce NJ Dynamic Solutions’ services as an Alibaba.com channel partner.
- Guide businesses on leveraging e-commerce platforms to increase their export capabilities.
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and manage client meetings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and company events to boost brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital platforms, preferably Alibaba.com or similar B2B marketplaces.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and common office productivity software such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with SMEs and larger companies in the export sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, export services, or IT/e-commerce solutions is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to work on-site in Sialkot and collaborate within a team environment.
