Sales Representatives

IT Rockers is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is based onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, and requires working the US night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. The primary focus is to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the US market for our web development, software development, and digital services. This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with earnings ranging from PKR 15,000 to PKR 150,000 per successful sale, with no fixed monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential US-based business clients through targeted outreach.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn communications to generate leads.
- Qualify prospects and convert them into paying clients by promoting IT and digital services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to company revenue goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles.
- Proven track record in US B2B sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience selling IT-related services such as software, web development, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus on achieving sales goals.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lahore during US night shift hours (8:00 pm to 5:00 am).
- Comfortable operating under a 100% commission-based compensation model.
