We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Forex Sales Representatives to join our call center team based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in forex sales and a strong background in client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management within the financial markets sector. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment, promoting forex trading services and converting leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Present and explain the company’s forex trading products and services to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients while maintaining professional and clear communication.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Accurately record all calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements throughout all sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in forex sales or working within a forex brokerage call center is mandatory.
- Proven success in telesales, lead conversion, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms is preferred but not essential.
