Sales Specialist – AI & Python Solutions ( Outbound Calls )

We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team at CodeBugs, working onsite or in a hybrid capacity from Gulberg 3, Lahore. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in selling Python or AI automation solutions. The ideal person will be proactive in building a sales pipeline from scratch, initiating conversations, and closing deals. At CodeBugs, we specialize in AI automation, web, app, and Python development for businesses, while also expanding our own product line, including Ringie.io—an AI receptionist designed to answer, qualify, and schedule calls for small businesses across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, and any effective channels.
- Qualify and enrich leads to ensure focus on the most promising prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling pitches, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Sell both company services and proprietary products, including Ringie.io.
- Contribute to building and scaling the company’s sales infrastructure from the ground up.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in startup environments, preferably with experience contributing to early-stage growth.
- Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing.
- Experience selling to clients in the US or other international markets is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with lead generation and sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to be part of a growing company with ambitious goals.

Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs250,000. The role is based in person at our Gulberg 3 office, with hybrid work options available. Please note this is a genuine sales role requiring active engagement and is not a freelance or bidding job platform position.
