We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Specialists / Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing online education team based in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite position involves engaging with prospective customers to understand their educational needs, presenting our online education and tuition programs, and converting interested leads into enrolled students. The role demands excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a genuine passion for sales. Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. We offer a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Assess and understand customers’ educational requirements effectively.
- Clearly and confidently explain the features and benefits of our online education and tuition programs.
- Follow up with leads to convert prospects into paying students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their parents.
- Address customer questions and objections tactfully and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information using the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment process.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call centers, or education sales is preferred.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to handle objections and successfully close sales.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated mindset.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Candidates based in Islamabad are preferred.
