Sales Specialist

Services include private transportation or Haramain train bookings, guided Ziarat tours, complete Umrah visa processing, and continuous ground support. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to explain Maqam-e-Haram’s customized Umrah services and design travel packages that meet individual needs and budgets. Daily tasks include managing walk-in clients, handling inbound calls and online inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will contribute to achieving sales targets, participate in training sessions and product updates, and support promotional activities and corporate outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide a welcoming, supportive experience. Proven sales and sales management abilities are essential to convert inquiries into bookings, manage a sales pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth. Training skills are important to share product knowledge with team members and stay informed about Umrah regulations, travel options, and internal processes. Experience in travel, hospitality, or faith-based services—especially related to Umrah or Hajj—is highly beneficial. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Urdu is required to clearly and respectfully explain complex options. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Islamabad, manage multiple client cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate records using CRM or similar tools. Basic computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms, is necessary. Familiarity with social media outreach is considered an advantage. Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required, along with at least a high school diploma. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
