Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate interest.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Good command of English with strong communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills to influence and persuade customers.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, or BPO environments is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or A-Levels.
