Sales Specialist

CHEMX DYECHEM (PVT.) LTD., based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated Sales Person to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell our industrial products, particularly PU colours and pigments designed for the footwear industry. This position involves active field sales, requiring regular visits to factories and businesses across Lahore to expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various factories and businesses to introduce and promote our products.
- Identify and secure new customers within the target market.
- Present product samples and arrange meetings or trials to demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Follow up consistently with customers regarding orders and feedback.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales activities across different areas of Lahore, adapting to customer needs and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, comfortable with frequent customer visits.
- Demonstrated hardworking nature and a serious commitment to achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in industrial sales, particularly in pigments or related products, is advantageous but not mandatory.
