Sales staff (Clothing Brand)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in product selection, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This role requires maintaining an inviting store environment and supporting inventory management tasks. The position is on-site and offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products and guide them through the purchase process.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for billing and payment transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Support stock receiving, replenishment, and conduct inventory counts as needed.
- Address customer inquiries, manage exchanges, and provide basic after-sales support.
- Promote ongoing offers and introduce new arrivals to customers to enhance sales.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of Intermediate education is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine customer-oriented mindset.
