Sales & Store Operations Executive - Online Retail

M98M LTD is a UK-based online retailer with nearly two years of experience managing multiple established marketplace accounts. Operating from our Lahore office at Global Heights, Johar Town, we handle sourcing, listings, advertising, and fulfillment for the UK market. We are currently looking to hire three Sales and Store Operations Executives to support the daily performance and health of several online stores. This role is essential for maintaining competitive pricing, ensuring timely order fulfillment, managing supplier stock, handling buyer communications, and upholding strong account metrics. Candidates must be proactive problem solvers capable of working independently during the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, which aligns with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple marketplace stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to stay competitive while protecting profit margins.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Process orders promptly and maintain accurate shipment tracking information.
- Maintain account health by tracking seller metrics such as late dispatches, defects, open cases, and policy warnings, resolving issues before escalation.
- Handle all buyer communications professionally, including messages, returns, cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
- Create and optimize product listings to improve store performance.
- Conduct research on trending and profitable products to support store growth.
- Analyze product performance data to make informed pricing and listing decisions.
- Drive continuous improvements in sales, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Keep clear documentation of changes made and the reasoning behind them.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in marketplace account management or e-commerce operations; two years or more preferred.
- Practical understanding of marketplace dropshipping processes.
- Strong knowledge of how pricing and product decisions affect profit margins.
- Experience managing returns, refunds, disputes, and buyer cases effectively.
- Proficiency in order management and shipment tracking.
- Good command of English, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and consistently meet daily targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 55,000, based on skills and experience.
- Full-time, permanent position based onsite at Global Heights, Johar Town, Lahore.
- Shift timing from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM to align with UK business hours.
