Sales & Store Operations Executive - Online Retail

M98M LTD, a UK-based online retailer with a growing presence, is seeking three Sales and Store Operations Executives to join its Lahore office located at Global Heights, Johar Town. The company has been operating for around two years and manages several established marketplace accounts. This role is critical in maintaining the health and performance of multiple online stores by ensuring competitive pricing, timely order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and excellent buyer care. The position requires working on-site with shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of multiple marketplace stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting profit margins.
- Oversee stock levels and supplier communications to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Process orders promptly and maintain accurate tracking information.
- Maintain account health by monitoring seller metrics, late dispatches, defects, open cases, and policy warnings, addressing issues proactively before escalation.
- Handle buyer communications including messages, returns, cancellations, refunds, and disputes with professionalism and courtesy.
- Create and optimize product listings to enhance store performance.
- Conduct research on trending and profitable products to support store growth.
- Analyze product performance and make informed pricing and listing decisions based on data.
- Drive steady improvements in sales, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Keep clear records of all changes made and the rationale behind them.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in marketplace account management or e-commerce operations; two years or more preferred.
- Practical knowledge of marketplace dropshipping models.
- Strong understanding of how pricing and product decisions impact profit margins.
- Experience managing returns, refunds, disputes, and buyer cases effectively.
- Comfortable handling order management and tracking processes.
- Proficient in English with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and consistently meet daily targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 55,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Three full-time, permanent positions available.
- Work onsite at the Lahore office, with shifts aligned to UK hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
