A USA-based company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join their team. This role is essential in supporting business growth by assisting customers with inquiries related to products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and efficiently process sales orders or job orders.
- Generate certificates, service orders, and customer invoices as needed.
- Manage purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders.
- Respond promptly to customer queries to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding quotations and other inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate effectively with customers using clear written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong English language skills, including comprehension, speaking, and writing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Evening Shift).
