Sales Support Representative (Male)

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support Representative (Male) with hands-on experience in the commercial printing industry. The successful candidate will independently manage customer communications, coordinate orders from inquiry through delivery, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. A strong understanding of printing products, production processes, materials, artwork handling, colour separations, and client servicing is essential. Candidates without prior experience in the printing industry will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and daily client communication independently.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, proposals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers on artwork, specifications, printing requirements, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with clients for artwork approvals, purchase orders, advance payments, and order confirmations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through professional client servicing.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor order progress and provide proactive updates to customers throughout the production cycle.
- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate internally for swift resolution.
- Conduct customer visits when required for meetings, order discussions, product presentations, or relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, order history, and sales documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate, A-Levels, Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Client Coordination, or Sales Coordination within the printing industry.
- Preference given to candidates from commercial printing, packaging, labels, security printing, plastic card manufacturing, offset printing, digital printing, or related sectors.
- Experience handling B2B customers is highly desirable.

Mandatory Technical Knowledge
- Practical knowledge of commercial printing products and services.
- Understanding of printing production workflows.
- Familiarity with printing materials such as paper, PVC cards, labels, and packaging materials.
- Expertise in artwork handling and pre-production coordination.
- Knowledge of colour separations and printing specifications.
- Ability to work with print-ready file formats including PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, etc.
- Experience in order processing and production coordination.

- Capability to perform well under pressure while meeting tight production and delivery deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to client servicing.

Additional Information
- Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs65,000 to Rs70,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site
