Flow 8 Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong background in Construction Sales and Outbound Sales to lead our construction campaign.
We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on sales experience selling construction-related services, such as construction estimation, quantity takeoffs, architectural drawings, shop drawings, structural drawings, MEP drawings, drafting, and other construction design services.
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of experience in Construction Sales / Outbound Sales
- Previous experience selling construction services is strongly preferred
- Experience selling services such as estimations, takeoffs, architectural drawings, shop drawings, drafting, or related construction services
- Experience dealing with US/international clients or construction campaigns
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Lead, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales Representative
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of the construction industry
- Do you have hands-on sales experience specifically in the construction industry/campaigns?
- Are you confident in communicating fluently in English with clients based in the United States?
- Do you have prior experience in cold calling for construction-related campaigns, such as construction estimation, architectural drawings, or shop drawings?
- Are you comfortable commuting to DHA Phase 8, Lahore, for an onsite night-shift job?
