Sales Team Lead

BizScale is seeking a results-oriented Sales Team Lead with proven experience in closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns and managing a sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape within the USA market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Close sales for digital marketing services specifically targeting the USA market.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including sales conversions and revenue generation.
- Manage client negotiations to successfully convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and develop strategies to enhance overall team performance and productivity.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar leadership position.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and the dynamics of the USA market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage the performance of a sales team.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evening or night shifts to align with the USA time zones.
