Sales Team Lead-Medical Billing

IPS Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Billing Consultancy to join its expanding team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who excels at converting prospects into clients and consistently meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in the US healthcare market, particularly in medical billing or healthcare consultancy, and will be responsible for leading a team to drive business growth. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team focused on billing consultancy services within the healthcare sector. Drive client acquisition efforts through cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. Oversee appointment setting, negotiation processes, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure targets are met. Monitor team performance by tracking KPIs and provide guidance to achieve sales goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional engagement. Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or healthcare consultancy. Proven expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, set appointments, negotiate deals, and manage a sales pipeline effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance monitoring. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships. Familiarity with the US healthcare market is essential.
