CITRUS WEB AGENCY, a dynamic digital agency based in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, specializes in Digital Art, Custom Artwork, and Creative Design Services. Alongside these core offerings, the agency provides SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), PPC, Website Design, and Mobile App Development. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to join our team on-site during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital art sales, international client acquisition, and community engagement across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on digital art commissions.
- Generate and nurture leads through platforms such as Discord, Twitch, X (Twitter), Reddit, DeviantArt, and other relevant online communities.
- Drive sales of digital art products including character designs, emotes, avatars, VTuber artwork, streamer graphics, and illustrations.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and secure international clients.
- Oversee sales pipelines, maintain client relationships, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Monitor team performance metrics, conversion rates, and monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in SEO, SMM, PPC, website design, and mobile app development.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in online sales, preferably within digital art or creative services.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Deep understanding of gaming, streaming, VTuber, and creator communities.
- Hands-on experience using Discord, Twitch, X, Reddit, or similar platforms for sales and outreach.
- Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and closing abilities.
- Demonstrated success in international client acquisition and cold outreach.
- Ability to independently lead a team and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Candidates with a proven track record in digital art commission sales will be given priority.
