Role Description The Sales Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, responsible for leading and supervising a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include setting performance goals, monitoring sales activities, providing coaching and training, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The person in this role will develop and implement sales strategies, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership. They will collaborate with other departments to support product promotion, resolve client issues, and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and business partners. This role also involves recruiting and onboarding new sales team members and fostering a results-oriented, ethical sales culture.
