Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Team Trainer for our call center operations. This role involves coaching, training, and developing call center agents to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire the sales team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary and a fixed night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing call center agents focused on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the sales team.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve any challenges faced by agents during calls, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO or call center training roles, particularly within sales environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and agent performance.
- Ability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000, based on experience and performance.
