Sales Trainee – Field Sales Support

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience in sales support within a field-based environment. The position involves working closely with Sales Executives, engaging with customers, and supporting promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for transporting and setting up sales kiosks at various locations, primarily within Lahore, using a motorbike. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in sales and comfortable working on the ground in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Sales Executives with their daily sales and field activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Transport and help set up sales kiosks and promotional materials at assigned locations using a motorbike.
- Accompany Sales Executives during customer visits and promotional events to provide support.
- Aid in generating new leads by approaching prospective customers and sharing basic information about the company’s internet and telecommunication services.
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain accurate records of customer and lead information.
- Submit daily reports of field activities through the company’s ERP system.
- Handle and maintain company kiosks, promotional materials, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Perform additional sales-support tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Energetic, responsible, and motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or related fields, preferably with IT or internet knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within Lahore regularly.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle license and be able to ride a motorbike confidently.
- Must also hold a valid car driving license.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Office, and internet applications.
- Presentable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with customers in various settings.

- Candidates with prior knowledge or experience related to internet and telecommunication services will have an advantage.
- The position offers a starting salary from Rs 25,000 per month.
- Work is conducted in person, providing valuable field experience and direct interaction with customers and sales teams.
