Sales Trainee (OXO Packaging)

OXO Packaging Solutions, founded in 2017, is seeking motivated sales professionals with experience in packaging and client-facing roles to join our team. This opportunity focuses on the USA and Australian markets, offering a chance to develop your skills, grow professionally, and earn competitive compensation. The role begins with a one-week paid training program designed to equip you with foundational knowledge of the packaging industry, followed by a transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the USA and Australia markets to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting OXO Packaging Solutions’ products and services.
- Participate actively in the initial training program to gain comprehensive knowledge of packaging products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Report sales activities and progress regularly to management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with exposure to packaging or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with international clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with the USA and Australia time zones.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly during the training period and beyond.
- Commitment to working on-site in Garden Town, with a 5-day workweek schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience dealing with clients in the USA and Australian markets is advantageous.
- Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts, as full-time hours post-training will be:
- USA market: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Australia market: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Compensation starts from Rs. 50,000 per month, with a fixed salary plus commissions and uncapped incentives based on sales performance.

- The role is full-time and requires physical presence at the Garden Town office (near KFC Barkat Market).
- Training is paid and conducted for one week, 5 hours daily (8:00 PM to 1:00 AM), providing a solid foundation in packaging sales from scratch.
