Sales Validator (Med Alert)

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Validator to join the Medalert campaign team at our Rawalpindi Satellite Town location. This full-time, on-site position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to develop a long-term career in the BPO industry. The role involves validating sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, working closely with sales and quality assurance teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications professionally.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms for medical alert systems.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of validated orders.
- Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams to uphold company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company compliance policies.
- Meet daily and weekly validation targets consistently.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training or performance improvement when required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of BPO experience as a Validator specifically on the Medalert campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
