PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident FE Verifier (SVC) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and are motivated to build a strong career in the BPO industry. The role focuses on verifying sales for the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates should be prepared to work in a professional environment that offers growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available to stay back or work overtime for additional training, performance improvement, or if targets are not met.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude with effective customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
