PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident FE Verifier (SVC) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role operates during night shifts and is best suited for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess strong communication skills and are motivated to build a long-term career in the BPO industry. The primary responsibility is to verify sales accuracy and compliance within the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring that all client information and documentation meet quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with sales and quality assurance teams in a professional environment that offers growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Confirm client information and device/service details in a professional manner
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet established quality standards
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales
- Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets
- Be available to stay back or work overtime for additional training, performance improvement, or if targets are not met

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- High attention to detail with the capability to identify inconsistencies
- Professional attitude with effective customer handling skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work night shifts
- Regular students are not eligible to apply

This position is based on the 4th Floor of Rania Mall, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Walk-in interviews are encouraged and conducted Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The salary package starts from Rs. 100,000 per month, with additional uncapped bonuses.
