PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Verification Consultant to join their team full-time at their Rawalpindi office. This on-site role operates during the night shift and is best suited for candidates with at least two years of experience in the BPO sector. The primary responsibility is to verify sales accuracy and compliance on the MedAlert campaign, ensuring all documentation and recordings meet quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with sales and quality assurance teams to maintain operational integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Confirm client information and device/service details professionally and accurately.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings adhere to established quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of all verified sales transactions.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to support smooth operations.
- Strictly follow company compliance policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available for overtime or additional training sessions as needed to improve performance or meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a BPO environment as a Verifier on any campaign is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, with strong verbal and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to detect inconsistencies effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
