Sales Verifiers –Call Center

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Verifier to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the United States to verify their information accurately. This role requires adherence to company guidelines and scripts while maintaining high standards of communication and data integrity. The position involves working night shifts aligned with US time zones and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US customers for verification purposes.
- Confirm customer details such as name, address, and consent.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information in company records.
- Follow verification scripts and comply with company policies.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update verification status regularly.
- Achieve daily call volume and quality targets consistently.
- Report any discrepancies, incorrect, or suspicious information to the supervisor promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Basic proficiency in English speaking and comprehension.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to US time zones.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Clear communication skills with polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to follow scripts and instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is advantageous.
- Experience in verification, quality assurance, or customer support roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems will be beneficial.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience as a verifier in a call center setting.
