Salesforce consultant - (consultant as needed)

Xerosum is seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to lead the integration of Salesforce with our payment and fundraising platforms, GiveSmart and Give Lively. The goal is to ensure that donation, event, and payment data flows seamlessly and accurately into Salesforce, supporting our fundraising and event management efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration techniques to deliver a robust and reliable solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current Salesforce organization and data model to determine integration readiness.
- Develop and configure integrations with GiveSmart and Give Lively using native connectors, APIs, middleware solutions, or custom development as appropriate.
- Map key data elements such as donors, donations, recurring gifts, campaigns, and event information into Salesforce.
- Implement duplicate matching processes and maintain data integrity throughout the integration.
- Set up payment reconciliation workflows, including handling fees, refunds, and payouts.
- Create reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track integration performance and handle errors effectively.
- Document all integration processes and provide training to staff members. Offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation post-implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce consulting or development.
- Demonstrated expertise with API/webhook integrations and middleware platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, data migration strategies, and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Experience working with payment or donation data, including reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud is highly desirable.
- Prior experience integrating GiveSmart or Give Lively platforms is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications will be considered an advantage.
