Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their careers and gain practical experience in Salesforce development. You will collaborate closely with senior developers to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Your contributions will help enhance our CRM capabilities across various projects, providing a strong foundation for your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and basic business logic. Support the creation and customization of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages. Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to configure and improve CRM functionalities. Assist in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Support automation efforts by working with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Help manage data access and security through Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and related configurations. Troubleshoot basic issues, fix bugs, and contribute to feature enhancements. Monitor system performance and assist in resolving errors or failures. Collaborate with team members using tools such as Jira for task tracking and updates. Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud concepts. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and fundamental programming principles. Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) is advantageous. Exposure to Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Workflow Rules is preferred. Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus but not mandatory. Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs260,000. This position requires in-person work, offering direct collaboration opportunities with the team.
