Salesman (Delivery Boy)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock to designated clients, shops, or outlets using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role involves collecting payments through various modes, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating closely with the sales and supply chain teams to support smooth operations. Strong customer relationship skills and adherence to company schedules are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver stock to clients, shops, or outlets using the company vehicle, ensuring products are received in the correct quantity and condition.
- Collect payments from customers via cash, credit, or online methods while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and collection receipts.
- Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of stock.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and retailers during delivery visits.
- Report daily delivery and collection status to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform basic vehicle care and report any maintenance or mechanical issues as needed.
- Follow designated routes and schedules efficiently to guarantee timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate level.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in delivery, sales, or distribution, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in FMCG or dairy sectors is highly preferred due to the nature of the products and delivery requirements.
- Monthly salary range: Rs 35,000 to Rs 37,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, emphasizing hands-on delivery and customer interaction.
