Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in locating products that suit their preferences.
- Share detailed product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations.

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and assist with restocking as needed.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service in every interaction to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and comfort working with numbers for billing and inventory tasks.

- Must reside close to the shop location to ensure punctuality and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
