Salesman

Jobizon HR Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with walk-in customers, able to clearly explain product features, and skilled at closing sales effectively. This role demands a friendly and customer-focused individual who can help achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them with selecting wallpapers and design options.
- Present product samples and provide clear explanations of pricing details.
- Handle daily sales transactions and keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays within the outlet.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Education level: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive fixed salary with an attractive commission structure on sales, ranging from PKR 25,000 to 35,000.
