Goskyworld Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Salesperson to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare competitive quotations for airline tickets, tours, holidays, and customized travel packages.
- Convert leads and customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking inquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes and excellent customer service.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads and increase sales.
- Monitor customer preferences and travel trends, providing feedback to improve travel offerings.
