The company is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Salesperson to join its showroom team in Wah Cantonment. The Salesperson will interact with walk-in and targeted customers to understand their needs and recommend tile solutions that align with design preferences, quality standards, and budget considerations. This role requires managing showroom displays, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and retail clients is essential, along with following up on leads and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also provide professional customer service, maintain accurate sales records, and support promotional and merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their tile requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Manage showroom displays to ensure an attractive and organized presentation of tile collections.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and merchandising efforts within the showroom.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in meeting targets and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, including order processing and inventory coordination.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and basic numerical skills necessary for preparing quotations and discussing pricing.
- Comfortable working in an on-site showroom environment and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales related to tiles, ceramics, building materials, or construction sectors.
- Higher education qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
