We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to lead and manage our operations hub.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cab and chauffeur operations.
Monitor driver schedules, trip assignments, and ensure on-time performance.
Liaise with the UK-based operations team and ensure smooth coordination of international bookings.
Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle logs, fuel usage, and driver attendance.
Recruit, train, and manage local drivers and support staff.
Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with company standards.
Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (transportation, logistics, or ride-hailing industry preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic transport management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and solve problems under pressure.
Familiarity with cab dispatching, GPS tracking, and ride coordination.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
