Salon Manager for Peshawar – Female

Sunuba Salon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Salon Manager for its Cantt branch in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in salon management or a related role. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to oversee daily operations, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth salon functioning while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with accommodation provided, details of which will be shared during the interview process. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and supervise staff to maintain professional service standards.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor staff performance, enforce discipline, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure the salon remains clean and hygienic.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure clients have a smooth, welcoming, and satisfying experience at the salon.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in salon management or a similar capacity.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
