The Female Salon Manager (Russian Speaking) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an on-site salon located in Peshawar. This full-time position requires maintaining high standards of customer service and professional beauty care. The manager will supervise salon staff, organize work schedules, ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are met, and manage inventory of products and tools. Effective communication with clients in Russian and English (or Urdu) is essential, along with handling appointments, resolving client concerns, and supporting cosmetology and hair care services. Additionally, the role involves coordinating hiring needs with salon ownership, training team members, and implementing promotional activities to enhance client retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule salon staff to maximize productivity and maintain service excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with salon policies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking beauty products and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Russian and English (or Urdu), handling appointments and addressing concerns professionally.
- Support cosmetology and hair care services by assisting staff and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with salon ownership to identify hiring needs and participate in recruitment processes.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance skills and service quality.
- Plan and execute promotional activities aimed at increasing client engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong cosmetology and beauty service skills, with up-to-date knowledge of modern salon techniques and industry standards.
- Practical expertise in hair care, including styling, treatments, and appropriate product usage.
- Proficiency in Russian language, along with effective communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Proven customer service abilities focused on client satisfaction and professional conduct.
- Experience in hiring, supervising, and mentoring salon staff.
- Basic understanding of salon operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
