ABOUT SALVENTA HEALTH
Salventa Health helps medical practices across the United States get paid properly for care they have already delivered. We look after the whole revenue cycle — eligibility checks, coding, claim submission, payment posting, denials and A/R follow-up — and we are building an AI automation platform to lift the repetitive parts off people's plates entirely.
We are looking for someone to help us grow, and we would genuinely like it to be you. If you have sold revenue cycle or BPO services before and you enjoy the part where a prospect finally explains what is actually going wrong in their billing, please read on.
THE ROLE
You would own our sales conversations from first contact through to signature. That means finding practices and billing organisations who fit, opening the conversation, listening properly, and helping them see how we would handle what they are struggling with.
We should be honest about one thing: this is not an entry-level or script-reading seat. You will be speaking with practice owners, office managers and operations leads who have heard a billing pitch before. What earns their attention is understanding denials, aging, clean claim rates and payer behaviour well enough to hold the conversation on your own. If that describes you, you will find this a comfortable and rewarding place to sell.
The posting closes once we have found the right person.
WHAT YOUR DAYS WOULD LOOK LIKE
- Finding and qualifying leads across US medical practices, physician groups and billing organisations
- Reaching out by phone, email and LinkedIn, and running your own pipeline end to end
- Holding discovery calls that get to where a prospect's revenue cycle is really losing money
- Presenting our services and automation roadmap in terms a practice owner actually cares about
- Putting together proposals and pricing, negotiating terms, and getting agreements signed
- Keeping the CRM honest, so our forecasting reflects reality rather than optimism
- Handing signed accounts over cleanly to operations, and staying close through onboarding
- Telling us what you are hearing in the market, so we can sharpen how we position and price
WHAT WE ARE HOPING YOU BRING
The first one matters a great deal to us. Everything after it we can work with.
- Real sales experience in the RCM or BPO industry. You have sold medical billing, revenue cycle or outsourced back-office services to US clients, and you can walk us through the deals you ran.
- A working feel for the revenue cycle. Eligibility, coding, claim submission, denials, A/R — enough fluency to speak credibly with a practice manager.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, warm phone manner for US clients.
- A history of carrying a quota and hitting it, and comfort working towards monthly targets.
- Genuine outbound ability. Cold calling, email sequencing and LinkedIn prospecting, without waiting on inbound leads to appear.
- CRM discipline — HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar — and the habit of keeping it current.
- Availability during US business hours, and the self-management that remote work quietly asks for.
LOVELY TO HAVE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- An existing network among US medical practices, physician groups or billing companies
- Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems, clearinghouses or payer portals
- Experience selling software or automation alongside a service
- Specialty billing exposure — anaesthesia, radiology, behavioural health or similar
- A liking for early-stage work, where you shape the process rather than inherit it
